TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Keys for apartments and front door are provided from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, although luggage may be left in our care.
Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Arrivals after 4.00pm by arrangement please.
A booking is only valid on receipt of deposit, of £75 per week, balance to be paid on arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not returnable, and guests may become lible to pay the whole of the rental charge, should proprietor be unable to relet. Insurance against cancellation is available.
The occupants are responsible for any damage or breakage and may be charged accordingly.
Management cannot accept responsibility for loss of articles, valuables or injury to guests during their stay.
Management reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time if in their opinion the behaviour of guests causes any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
